We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags attached. To initiate a return or exchange, please visit our online Return Portal.
How should I care for my Usagi Draws apparel?
To preserve the quality of the prints and fabric, we recommend machine washing cold on a gentle cycle, inside out, and hanging to dry. Avoid direct ironing on any printed designs.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
